Tyde Link was founded with a single mission — to give Charlotte businesses and individuals a security and investigations partner they can actually rely on. Not a call center. Not a franchise. Real people. Real accountability.

We saw a gap in the market: clients were forced to hire one company for guards and a completely separate firm for investigations. That meant more vendors, more coordination problems, and less accountability. Tyde Link was built to close that gap.

James Dale built Tyde Link from the ground up with one priority: personal accountability. In an industry dominated by large national contractors where clients rarely speak to the same person twice, James made direct access a core part of the Tyde Link model.

When you work with Tyde Link, you work with James — not a dispatcher, not a call center agent. He personally oversees every security deployment and investigation case, ensuring your situation receives the attention it deserves.

Gwyneth DeLaine-Dale brings over 30 years of Human Resources expertise to Tyde Link, overseeing payroll, benefits, employee training, and federally mandated programs. Her deep knowledge of HR operations ensures that every team member at Tyde Link is qualified, compliant, and supported.

A graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Marketing, Gwyneth also holds a Certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University ILR.

Jim and Gwyneth are not just business partners — they are committed to building something lasting together, combining their professional and personal strengths to grow the business and support their team.
